4. Bookings and Access

By booking a service you confirm that you are the owner or occupier of the property, or that you have permission to arrange pest control work there. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time, and to carry out any preparation we have asked for. If access cannot be provided, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

5. Preparation and Aftercare

Certain treatments require preparation before the visit and specific steps afterwards. We will explain what is needed. Results can be affected where preparation or aftercare instructions are not followed, and we cannot accept responsibility for outcomes in those circumstances.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as far in advance as possible. We reserve the right to reschedule a visit where circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from attending, and we will offer the earliest practical alternative.

7. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Prices quoted are for the work described in the quotation. Additional work requested after the quotation has been accepted may be charged separately.

8. Service Outcomes

Pest control results depend on many factors, including the species involved, the extent of the activity, the condition of the property, neighbouring premises, and whether preparation and aftercare guidance is followed. We carry out our work professionally and to the standard described in the quotation. Nothing on this website should be read as a guarantee of a specific outcome unless we have confirmed one in writing for your particular job.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in connection with a service is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, revenue or profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

The design, text, graphics and other material on this website are the property of Al Barari Pest Control unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
